The Xbox Games Showcase and Starfield Direct 2023 has come and gone, and it was a doozy. Team Xbox showed off a slew of new games, updates, and hardware, giving us a glimpse into the future of the Xbox ecosystem. Here's a rundown of the biggest announcements:
- Starfield: Bethesda's long-awaited space RPG finally got a release date: November 11, 2022. We also got a new trailer that showed off more of the game's world and characters.
- Redfall: Arkane Studios' vampire-hunting co-op shooter got a new trailer and a release date of May 2, 2023.
- Forza Motorsport: The latest entry in the Forza racing series is coming to Xbox Series X|S and PC on October 26, 2022.
- Minecraft Legends: A new Minecraft spin-off that combines strategy and action, Minecraft Legends is coming to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch in 2023.
- The Elder Scrolls Online: Necrom: A new expansion for The Elder Scrolls Online, Necrom is coming to PC on June 20, 2023, and to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One on June 23, 2023.
